Hans Rosling is no stranger to onehorsepower. I have seen him in TED mostly. He performs amazing number crunching on existing statistical data and presents all the information in an infographic format. Amazing how he marries the two technologies into one to come up with stunning presentation of data.
In this video in collaboration with the BBC, he presents the health and wealth of 200 countries as it progressed 200 years ago until now. The good news, the whole world is getting healthier and richer as we move forward. The bad news, it might take another 200 years from where The Philippines is right now to move to the upper right corner of the chart. Enjoy the show.
